Cooperative Palace "St. Sofia"
The first large, multi-storey residential building, which became a symbol of cooperative construction in Sofia. The building is located on the corner of Moskovska and GS streets. The project for the building envisages 9 floors with 72 apartments. The facade is still distinguished by fine ornamentation and originality.
The architect himself made a large watercolor painting to advertise the venture, and the cooperative called "St. Sophia" was established and began to grow one by one. Years later, to the question "Who won - the idea or the good place", Parashkevanov answered: "Maybe it is the natural desire of people to live in the best place in Sofia then supports the idea…"
